It is important to inform our customers that our processing and shipping times are 5-10 business days (weekends are not included). Once your order has been shipped and has arrived, we are no longer responsible for your shipment after the first 24 hours. Please contact your local postal provider if you have any questions about your shipment.

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or refunds at this time. ALL products are handmade and packaged to be shipped to you. Any open products will be considered contaminated and non-reusable.

Insurance coverage

You can protect your packages against loss or damage during shipping with shipping insurance. The decision to buy shipping insurance depends on the value of the package and your willingness to risk completely losing a shipment.

1. This program shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.

2. The parties agree that any and all claims or disputes arising out of the program or the performance of the program shall be brought in Atlanta, Georgia.

3. The Insured agrees to INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS BANG’N CANDLES from any loss, liability, damage or costs, including court costs and attorney fees that they may incur due to misreading, misunderstanding, and not following the coverage requirements provided by this program and any applicable endorsements.

4. All claims must be filed with shipping agency (Fedex, USPS, UPS).
