The Insured agrees to INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS BANG’N CANDLES from any loss, liability, damage or costs, including court costs and attorney fees that they may incur due to misreading, misunderstanding, and not following the coverage requirements provided by this program and any applicable endorsements.

4. All claims must be filed with shipping agency (Fedex, USPS, UPS).
